As a Residential Install Electrician, you will be responsible for performing residential electrical installations from start to finish. This is a hands‑on role focused on new installs, upgrades, and remodel work —
not troubleshooting or service diagnostics
.
- Complete residential electrical installations, including rough‑in and finish work
- Install panels, circuits, breakers, disconnects, and related electrical components
- Ensure all work meets local and national electrical code requirements
- Read and interpret plans, layouts, and work orders
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and internal team members
- Work efficiently with install teams to keep projects on schedule
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Washington Journeyman Electrician License (required)
- Residential electrical installation experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Physically able to lift equipment and work in tight spaces (kneeling, crouching, crawling)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
