The warehouse position serves as an interface with our valuable customers. The primary responsibilities of this role require friendly, helpful, and expeditious customer service to our VIP customers. We have thousands of parts for many pieces of machinery and it is essential that warehouse employees safely ship and receive parts orders ensuring accuracy and meeting customer expectations.

• Ship and receive parts orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain communication with customers about back‑order status updates.
• Partner with parts counter staff to expedite orders.
• Provide fast, helpful customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

• Shift: Monday through Friday, 2 am to 10:30 am PST.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds, using a forklift.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, and picking parts for an 8‑hour day.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• High school diploma plus previous customer service experience preferred.

• Hourly wage $22.60 to $29.95 per hour.
