As a Journey-Level Carpenter, you'll work on a variety of residential and commercial projects throughout Seattle, WA. You'll be responsible for framing, finish work, repairs, and installations-bringing craftsmanship and precision to every job site. The hourly rate for this position is $37 - $39 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. ** Responsibilities:*
* + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

+ Frame walls, install doors, windows, and hardware

+ Construct and install cabinets, partitions, and fixtures

+ Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

+ Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines

+ Maintain a clean and organized worksite

+ Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations

* Qualifications:

*
* + Minimum 8 years of commercial and residential carpentry experience

+ Proficient in layout, framing, finish work, and concrete formwork

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs without reasonable accommodations and work in various weather conditions

+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

+ Reliable transportation and own tools and tool bags

+ OSHA 10 certification preferred
