Snapshot / Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Applied Chiller Service Technician in Seattle, WA to service and repair large commercial HVAC systems, with a focus on chillers.
Impact- Keep mission-critical systems up and running
- Troubleshoot and fix complex issues with speed and skill
- Deliver expert service that clients trust
- Help extend equipment life and reduce downtime
- Service and repair chillers (air‑cooled, water‑cooled, screw, centrifugal, magnetic bearing)
- Perform diagnostics, teardowns, and major repairs
- Assist with system startups and commissioning
- Communicate clearly with customers and document work
- Follow all safety and manufacturer guidelines
- 12+ years in commercial HVAC
- 5+ years working with applied systems and chillers
- Experience with screw and centrifugal units
- Based in the Seattle area with a solid work record
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- OEM training/certifications (Trane, York, Carrier, etc.)
- Experience with centrifugal teardowns
- EPA Universal, OSHA 10/30
- Bonus: BAS or controls experience
Top hourly pay + full benefits including health insurance, PTO, and paid holidays.
