Description

This role performs a wide variety of work requiring high skill levels and abilities including electricity, electronics, sheet metal work, welding, mechanics, machine shop work, hydraulics, plumbing, painting, ventilation work, carpentry, plastering, concrete and masonry work, ceiling installation, floor installation, and motors.

Required Qualifications
  • Coursework/Training:
    Must have successfully completed at least two formal specialized, related training courses.
  • Upon hire:
  • National Boiler Operator Grade I License - State County City Trade License Authority, or
  • National Boiler Operator Grade II License - State County City Trade License Authority, or
  • National Boiler Operator Grade III License - State County City Trade License Authority.
  • 4 years of experience in equipment inspection, testing, repair and maintenance of required systems and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Solid background in the use of common and sophisticated tools and systems.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
