• Lead and execute the installation of PV systems, from array mounting to final AC/DC connections.
• Ensure material is moved and handled safely, adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate closely with electricians to activate and test PV systems, ensuring they meet performance standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization on-site and in company vehicles.
• Commit to following detailed project designs and plans to guarantee top-quality installations and compliance with all regulations.
• Thrive in various outdoor conditions, working on rooftops and in confined spaces like attics and crawl spaces.
• Foster effective communication within your team to keep everyone informed on job progress.
• Work effectively in teams of 3-4 members.

• Experience in roofing or construction, with a keen eye for safety and quality.
• A reliable and enthusiastic team player who is comfortable working on various roof types.
• Valid Driver’s License and personal transportation to our SODO office.
• Proficient with both hand-held and power tools.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to interpret building schematics.
• Strong leadership and proactive communication abilities.
• A proactive, 'do-what-it-takes' attitude is essential.

• Competitive pay: $30 to $35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
