Position with OWL Services based in Seattle, WA.

$25.00/hr - $28.00/hr

The position is responsible for servicing and installing electronic equipment, including security and point of sale systems.

• Troubleshoots, inspects, replaces, and repairs a wide variety of electro‑mechanical devices such as cash registers, coin changers, security equipment, alarms, and point‑of‑sale equipment.
• Completes service requests and maintenance repair items in a timely manner, ensuring all requests are handled professionally.
• Reviews work orders, manuals, and drawings to properly perform maintenance and service of equipment.
• Utilizes various testing devices, hand and power tools relevant to the job.
• May be temporarily assigned to other geographical areas to support new installations and upgrades.
• Performs other duties as required.

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Independent worker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong attention to safety and willingness to follow all safety protocols.
• Available for 24/7 on‑call rotation with other technicians.
• Willingness to travel up to 30‑40% overnight.
• Experience with POS systems (Verifone/NCR) is a plus.
• Experience with alarms is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record required.
• Proficient in using a computer and smartphone.

Requires moderate to strenuous physical exertion, including walking, climbing, standing, carrying materials, stooping, kneeling, bending at the waist, and climbing ladders. Must be able to lift or carry up to 70 lbs. Work performed both outdoors and indoors.
