UNITED SYSTEMS MECHANICAL LLC IS LOOKING FOR HVAC SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS.
Ideal Candidates Shall Have the Following Attributes:- Self motivated
- Reliable
- Professional appearance
- First rate customer service skills
- Service, maintain, and repair packaged and split system heat pumps
- Service, maintain, and repair ductless split system heat pumps and AC units
- Service, maintain, and repair VAV and VRF/VRV systems
- Perform system start-ups
- Operate Mitsubishi City Multi, LG, and Daikin VRV systems
- Maintain OSHA 10 certification
- 3+ years experience in maintenance and service of commercial HVAC systems
- Valid 06A Electrical license
- EPA certification and Seattle Refrigeration Mechanic license
- Ability to lift 70 lbs
- Computer and smartphone literacy
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to pass drug test and background check
