Pay is determined by several compensable factors, such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.

Pay range starting at $26 hr - $28 hr.

• Respond promptly and professionally to work order requests.
• Perform general maintenance, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on plumbing, appliances, pool equipment, carpentry, sheetrock, exterior, and basic electrical issues.
• Assist with scheduling and communicating with contractors to obtain bids and check work for completeness.
• Purchase maintenance supplies as needed.
• Own work orders and manage budget and schedule.

• 3 years of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade.
• Basic experience in all standard trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry).
• Ability to travel within your region; this position is 100% in the field.
• Current driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50lbs regularly; up to 75lbs occasionally; and 75+lbs with assistance.
• Holding a current or previous plumbing license is a plus.

• Quarterly bonuses up to 5% of quarterly earnings.
