Vixxo is seeking a full‑time Equipment Technician who will service Seattle, WA, and the surrounding areas. Compensation ranges from $26.00 to $29.00 per hour, depending on experience.

The Role

As an Equipment Technician, you will work independently to provide reactive and preventative maintenance services throughout an assigned territory.

Top Responsibilities

• Repair and perform scheduled maintenance on the following equipment types throughout an assigned territory:
  • Commercial espresso and coffee systems by Franke and other manufacturers
  • Turbo Chef, Merry Chef, and other commercial oven types
  • Other equipment types and repairs based on skill set
• Manage the sorting, cycle counts, and delivery of inventory per established customer guidelines from a secured facility
• Own relationships with customers and inspire loyalty through professional and reliable services that adhere to all safety rules
• Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements required by customers, which include conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Inventory management experience in handling, sorting, and cycle counting
• At least 1 year of experience servicing equipment, preferably with testing equipment and practices for general electric and water troubleshooting
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role
• Smartphone proficient in inventory, managing, scheduling, and other tasks
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance
