As a Dispatch Security Officer at a government location, you will coordinate security-related responses by monitoring cameras and alarms, managing radio and phone communications, and directing field officers to emerging needs. You will document incidents, support visitors and staff with clear customer service, and help maintain smooth operations across the site.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients at a government transportation location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities.

+ Monitor alarms, CCTV, radios, phones, and computer-aided dispatch systems; receive calls for service and dispatch officers and/or contracted resources according to post orders.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; prioritize calls, coordinate communications, and relay timely updates to supervisors, field staff, and client representatives.

+ Complete incident documentation, dispatch logs, and shift activity reports; maintain accurate records for service calls, key events, and follow-up actions.

+ Coordinate regular and random patrol assignments around buildings, platforms, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have 2+ years of security-related experience.

+ Be 21+ years of age.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
