Security Officer - Routine Patrol Rounds

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of platforms, stations, parking areas, and perimeter areas, documenting observations and reporting maintenance issues or suspicious activity.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with crowd management and directing individuals to appropriate resources.;
Monitor access points and restricted areas, verifying credentials when required and helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or prohibited activity.;
Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts, and support local law enforcement and/or first responders as directed.
