Security Officer - Radio Dispatch

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a government transportation location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities.;
Monitor alarms, CCTV, radios, phones, and computer-aided dispatch systems; receive calls for service and dispatch officers and/or contracted resources according to post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; prioritize calls, coordinate communications, and relay timely updates to supervisors, field staff, and client representatives.;
Complete incident documentation, dispatch logs, and shift activity reports; maintain accurate records for service calls, key events, and follow-up actions.;
Coordinate regular and random patrol assignments around buildings, platforms, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
