Security Officer - Unarmed Campus Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a tech office location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or policy issues.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation when appropriate and timely notification to site leadership and/or emergency services.;
Monitor access points and key areas by observing activity, checking credentials when directed, and reporting suspicious or unusual behavior per post orders.;
Complete detailed reports and logs, including patrol documentation, incident statements, and follow-up actions, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervision.
