Flex Security Officer; On Call

We're hiring a reliable, experienced, On Call Security Officer!

The persons in this position will maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers by patrolling, monitoring premises, and performing search procedures. A flex officer is in charge of filling shifts due to call outs, vacations etc.

Shifts include:
Willing to work 2 shifts (day, swing, graveyard) and have open availability for 6 days unscheduled

Hourly starting wage: $26.00/hr- $28.00/hr

Must be able to work in the Seattle, Mountlake Terrace, and Bellevue, Washington Area

Must be comfortable working different schedules and various posts at different sites.

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
• Train in multiple locations and cover when needed.
• Be adaptable to schedule changes.
• Have availability to work more than two shifts to cover where the operator needs you to be scheduled depending on coverage needs.

• 18+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Clean driving record and valid driver license.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
