Security Shift Supervisor – Garda World
Garda World Security Services is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor to provide high‑level security and exceptional customer service across various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centres.
Location: Northgate, Washington
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm (40 hours/week, full time)
Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly wage of $25.00 (Daily Pay available). Responsibilities- Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
- Manage access control.
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
- Answer questions in person or by phone.
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Successful completion of an extensive screening process.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Basic proficiency with phone and computer.
- Prior supervisory/managerial experience.
- Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Clean motor vehicle record.
- Age 21 or older.
