Job Description & How to Apply Below

Our Mission

Casium is building the fastest, most comprehensive business immigration solution
. We bring together human expertise and AI innovation to help companies secure top global talent with speed, clarity, and compliance.

Talent is global. But the immigration system wasn’t built for speed, clarity, or scale. Founders wait months to start companies. Engineers lose job offers to visa delays. HR teams drown in compliance paperwork. We’re rebuilding immigration from the ground up using AI, automation, and expert legal oversight - to make filing for a visa as seamless as signing an offer letter.

Why it matters

Immigration is not just paperwork — it’s access. Access to jobs, teams, opportunity. For companies, delays mean lost hires. For individuals, it can mean the end of a dream. We’ve already helped dozens of companies identify how to hire the top talent they want, retain key engineers, and unlock new markets—all while reducing legal spend by 30–50%. We are the bridge between great talent and the opportunities they deserve.

Our customers

We serve top‑tier talent and teams, including startup founders from the AI2 Incubator, talent from Meta, Microsoft, and Amazon, and VC‑backed companies hiring global operators. We’ve had zero customer churn to date and our customers consistently tell us Casium is the best immigration experience they’ve ever had. We’ve built a reputation for speed, transparency, and care and it shows in our word‑of‑mouth growth and extremely high approval record to date.

Our investors

We’re well funded and backed by world‑class investors and operators across AI, SaaS, and global mobility who believe the future of innovation depends on global talent and that Casium will power it.

If you want to build fast, own your work end‑to‑end, and make a real impact on real people’s lives, we’d love to talk. We’re hiring across engineering, legal ops, and growth. Reach out. We’ll show you what we’re building.

About the Role

We’re hiring an Immigration Operations Specialist to join our core case operations team.

This role begins with hands‑on immigration casework and expands into operations, customer experience, and product input. You will not only execute cases but also help shape how immigration work is done at Casium.

You’ll work closely with attorneys, founders, and product teams to ensure that our tools, workflows, and automation actually lead to better legal outcomes and a better customer experience.

This is a high‑ownership role designed for someone who wants to grow beyond traditional paralegal work and into operations leadership, customer success, or legal ops
.

This is a cross‑functional role with high visibility and deep impact on how Casium operates, builds, and grows.

What You’ll Do

Immigration Case Work

  • Prepare and manage employment‑based immigration cases end‑to‑end (L‑1s, H‑1B, PERM‑based cases, EB‑1A, EB‑2 NIW, O‑1A etc).
  • Draft, organize, and quality‑check petition materials, evidence packets, and supporting documentation.
  • Track timelines, milestones, and deadlines with precision.
  • Apply sound judgment and elevate legal questions appropriately.

Product Thinking & Tooling Input

  • Identify patterns, bottlenecks, and failure points in immigration workflows.
  • Provide structured feedback to product and engineering on:
    • Intake flows
    • Document generation and review
    • Evidence organization
    • Case tracking and client visibility
  • Help validate whether automation and tooling are improving quality, not just speed.
  • Help product and engineering test new technologies and new product features.

Customer Experience

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the immigration process.
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly and empathetically.
  • Proactively surface risks, gaps, or delays and help resolve them early.

Operations & Systems Building

  • Create and improve playbooks, templates, SOPs, and quality checklists.
  • Turn one‑off fixes into repeatable systems.
  • Support onboarding and training of future hires as the team grows.
  • Take ownership of workflows as a DRI over time.
