Position Overview

Allied Universal Services is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within an approved empowerment range.

Payrate – $32.26 per hour

Eligibility – 21+ years of age, high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year Armed Security / Law Enforcement / Military experience, Active DOD Secret Clearance, Armed Guard Card/License, Concealed Carry Weapons Permit, valid driver license and MVR.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills capable of dealing with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional manner.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Capable of utilizing scheduling and billing software to produce reports that require interpretation and action for effective business management.
• Communicate staffing needs to the Operation Manager, including the Requisition process and assistance in identifying and interviewing quality candidates.
• Assure that officers receive appropriate training and performance management (coaching, counseling, disciplining, performance evaluations, recognition).
• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat; occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds; climb stairs, ramps, or ladders during shifts; stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Liaise between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers.
• Assure that officers receive appropriate training and development.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and staffing reports.
• Respond to and manage crisis situations on client sites.
