This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will focus on building strong client relationships, devising and implementing sales strategies, delivering top-tier customer service, and promoting the organization’s cutting-edge technology solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for potential clients, managing existing customer accounts, training clients on product applications, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients and ensure satisfaction
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to build relationships, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience in Training to onboard clients and educate them on product or service applications
• Proficiency in developing sales strategies and creating marketing plans
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the technology or telecommunications sectors is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and respond to client needs
