About the RoleAs a Primary Care Account Executive, you’ll lead sales efforts across your territory by partnering with Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics distributors. You’ll manage all aspects of distribution performance, support product launches, conduct demos and training, and expand Siemens’ presence across physician office labs, hospitals, and reference labs.
What You’ll Do- Strengthen Siemens Healthineers’ position as a diagnostics leader within the distributor channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physician office labs, group practices, hospitals, and reference labs.
- Keep leadership informed of sales activity, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Execute sales and marketing plans for products sold through Siemens‑verified distributors, including funnel management, install‑base analysis, and new business development.
- Integrate and promote new products as they are launched.
- Use Excel or similar analytics tools to evaluate market data and guide business decisions.
- Successful sales experience, ideally including capital equipment or regional/national account sales.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with digital tools.
- Ability to balance new business acquisition with market share expansion.
- Experience selling to senior decision‑makers within Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
- Clean driving record.
- Demonstrated competence with Excel or similar analytics tools.
- 3+ years of relevant experience and proven success in similar roles.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Residency within the assigned territory.
- Experience selling through distribution channels.
- Familiarity with the physician office marketplace.
- Knowledge of Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics products or competitive urine/A1c solutions.
- Personal traits that support success in a distributor‑driven environment: strong motivation, negotiation and persuasion skills, adaptability, independent thinking, sound judgment, and goal orientation.
This position includes eligibility for variable compensation of $70,000. Any stated bonus or incentive amounts represent target or estimated earnings and are not guaranteed. Actual payouts depend on performance and applicable plan terms.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
