Regional Sales Manager

Seattle, Tacoma, or Portland.

$80-90k+ + 1-5% commission + company car (Volkswagon SUV) OR $800 monthly stipend + gas card + benefits + paid travel.

My client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality industrial and commercial doors. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their Team for the Pacific Northwest Region.

Territory:
Washington, Oregon, Montana, Wyoming & Alaska.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you should be able to facilitate communication with end users to develop business opportunities within the geographical market.

• Drive End-User, Contractor, and Architect awareness. (direct contact presentations)
• Identify and cultivate new customer opportunities to bring value to our dealer network.
• Act as liaison between end users and internal teams (sales & service departments) to ensure client requirements are met.
• Identify and participate in local and national trade shows to further brand awareness.
• Collect and analyze sales data and trends. (review quotes & sales weekly)
• Work with sales and marketing to set and implement strategies for new products.
• Develop National Account and Preferred Vendor Opportunities.

• Proven work experience with dealer/distributor and end user sales opportunities.
• Customer service and project management experience.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills and experience with CRM software.
• Ability to lead and motivate team members.
• Experience and ability to travel geographic territory (50%+ Travel Required).
• BS Degree in Sales or Related Work Experience.
