As a Territory Account Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining retention and achieving new sales targets. You will
develop and implement service and sales strategies within an assigned territory.
Your role will be pivotal in
contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization. This role requires a proactive and
enthusiastic approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer focus. We offer a training program developed to set you up for success!
- Grow business and establish relationships with accounts offering our full range of products.
- Develop and review strategies to maximize revenue within assigned accounts/territory focusing on retention/new business, in alignment with company goals.
- Onboard new accounts by doing presentation of products, training client's staff, and deploying World Emblem tools to ensure the client's success on product platform.
- Weekly communication with assigned client base via phone and email, in addition to quarterly physical site visits scheduled with multiple key stakeholders to ensure client engagement.
- Bi-Weekly travel is required, which can include customer visits, new business presentations, and trade shows.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, including negotiation and contract execution.
- Stay up to date on client needs, industry trends, market conditions, product/solutions portfolio, and competitor activities.
