• 1-2 years of previous commission-based sales experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Passion for supporting the company’s mission to put the world on vacation
• Internal drive to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

• Ability to overcome objections effectively
• Experience working in a goal and performance-based environment
• Willingness to obtain a valid Timeshare Agent License
