Director of Business Development

My client is a global provider of sales incentive and engagement solutions, helping organizations drive performance across sales, channel, and customer audiences. I’m working with my client to hire a Director of Business Development to drive new business growth as an individual contributor. This is a consultative, full‑cycle sales role focused on solution selling, and building long‑term enterprise relationships.

You’ll sell a combination of SaaS technology and marketing services, engaging multiple stakeholders and guiding deals through a value‑driven sales process.

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close
• Lead consultative discovery to understand business challenges and priorities
• Position tailored solutions across sales incentives, employee engagement, and recognition technology
• Build trusted relationships with senior decision makers and influencers
• Deliver clear, compelling presentations and proposals
• Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder buying processes
• Negotiate and close strategic B2B SaaS deals

• Proven success in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales
• Strong background in consultative, solution‑based selling
• Experience managing long, complex sales cycles
• Comfort engaging executives and cross‑functional stakeholders

• Base salary plus uncapped, performance‑based incentives
