• 1-2 years of previous commission-based sales experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Passion for supporting the company mission to inspire vacations
• Internal drive to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

• Ability to overcome objections and work in a goal-driven environment
• Willingness to obtain a valid Timeshare Agent License
