Regional Sales Representative

Our client, a global leader in aluminum cast plate production, is hiring a Regional Sales Representative to join their team and drive business development.

This role allows you to work remotely from anywhere in the Western USA region
(WA, OR, , CA, NV, AZ, NM, UT, CO, TX) while cultivating and expanding relationships with new and existing customers throughout the Western U.S. territory.

• Identify and engage new clients while growing and maintaining existing customer relationships.

• Lead thefullsalescyclefromprospectingtoclose, addressingcustomerneeds and positioningproductadvantages.

• Manage the Western U.S. territory, includingtravelplanning, lead management, and meetingsalestargets.

• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customerfeedbacktostrengthenposition in aluminum cast plate solutions.

• Deliver product demos, develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts.

• Ensurecustomersatisfactionbyresolvingissuesquickly and coordinating with internal teams.

• Maintain accurate CRM recordsofcustomerinteractions, sales activity, and performance metrics.

• Bachelor’sdegree in business, engineering, or a relatedfieldpreferred.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience.

• Metalsindustryexperience

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive, technical environment.

• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and general technology adaptability.

• Self-motivated and abletoworkindependently, with excellent time management skills.

• Willingness and abilitytotravelupto 60% throughout the Western USTerritorybycarorair
