Elgon Cabinets and Doors is a specialized cabinetry and door manufacturing division of Cipro Contractors. We design, manufacture, and install custom kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, interior doors, and built-ins for homeowners, developers, and remodeling contractors across Seattle and the greater Puget Sound region.

As part of Cipro Contractors, we operate with in-house production, field installation teams, and a steady pipeline of residential and light commercial projects.

We are seeking a commission-driven sales professional to represent Elgon Cabinets and Doors. This role is ideal for a closer who understands construction or home improvement sales and is motivated by performance-based earnings rather than hourly pay.

You will work with warm and inbound leads
, conduct consultations, and close cabinetry and door projects from initial meeting to signed contract.

• Conduct on-site and showroom consultations with homeowners and contractors
• Present cabinetry and door solutions, pricing, and timelines clearly
• Close sales and manage follow-ups through the decision process
• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams
• Maintain accurate customer communication and sales notes

• Proven sales experience (construction, remodeling, cabinets, or doors preferred)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Reliable transportation for local travel
• Comfortable working in a commission-based role

• Commission-based pay with no cap
• Performance bonuses based on volume and consistency

High performers can realistically earn $80,000–$150,000+ annually
