Overview
Sales Representative – Urea 46-0-0 Fertilizer
Base Pay + Commission
We are seeking a professional, self-driven Sales Representative to sell Urea 46-0-0 nitrogen fertilizer under a base pay plus commission structure.
This position is ideal for individuals with existing relationships or proven experience in the agricultural, fertilizer, or wholesale distribution market who can independently generate and close sales.
Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and manage new sales opportunities
- Sell Urea 46-0-0 to farmers, distributors, and wholesalers
- Negotiate pricing and close sales agreements
- Maintain strong and long-term client relationships
- Coordinate orders and delivery with the internal team
- Proven B2B sales experience (fertilizer, agriculture, or related sectors preferred)
- Strong understanding of the U.S. agricultural market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet agreed sales targets
- Professional, reliable, and results-focused mindset
