Redwood Outdoors is a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in premium Sauna and Cold Plunge products designed to bring the wellness benefits of heat and cold therapy to homes in the USA.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and consultative Senior Inside Sales Expert to join our team. If you are passionate about building relationships with customers, offering premium outdoor wellness products, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities What You'll Do in the Role:- Consultative Sales Approach: Build trust and rapport with customers by understanding their unique needs and guiding them through the decision‑making process. Help customers select the perfect luxury outdoor product, ensuring it meets their lifestyle and wellness goals. Follow up over time to ensure optimal conversion rates.
- Premium Product Expertise: Become an expert on Redwood Outdoors’ premium line of saunas, cold plunges, and other luxury outdoor products. Provide customers with detailed product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
- Sales Excellence: Handle a high volume of sales calls, chats and emails, while maintaining a focus on customer experience and satisfaction. Consistently meet or exceed targets for revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Customer-First Mindset: Always put the customer first, acting as a brand ambassador for Redwood Outdoors by providing top‑tier service, responding to inquiries, and offering thoughtful product recommendations.
- Full‑Cycle Sales Support: Own the customer relationship from initial contact through the completed sale, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable purchase experience. Work closely with warehouse and shipping partners to guarantee timely and efficient deliveries.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a consultative product sales environment and face‑to‑face retail sales, preferably in luxury, sporting or wellness products
- 3+ years of call center experience with outbound sales
- GED or High School Diploma; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build long‑lasting relationships with customers
- Comfort with learning and using software applications required for the role
- Strong understanding of retail business operations, including opening and closing
- Proven track record of quota achieving and KPI outputs
- Experience with pipeline management and good book hygiene
- Full time, Monday-Friday (Hybrid 1 day/week)

Compensation:As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into this position. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and education/certification(s).
