At Copiers Northwest, we’re proud to be a recognized leader in office technology solutions. With a strong commitment to innovation, customer service, and professional growth, we help our clients simplify their workflow and improve productivity.

We’re currently offering a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kickstart a rewarding career in sales. This part-time role is designed to give you hands-on experience, training, and immersion in real-world sales activities. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team that values initiative and personal growth.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales team to identify prospects, set appointments, and contribute to our company’s growth. This is not an account management role; instead, it’s an excellent way to learn the foundations of outside sales, develop professional confidence, and determine if a long-term career in sales is right for you.

Responsibilities

This role is tailored for individuals eager to learn the art of selling while actively contributing to the team. It’s perfect for self-starters who enjoy engaging with people and want to explore sales as a career path. You’ll spend time both in the field and at the office, gaining the skills needed for long-term success.

  • Actively prospect new business clients through in-person outreach and field visits
  • Set appointments with potential clients for the sales team
  • Follow up with interested prospects to maintain relationships and gather information
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support their pipeline development
  • Represent Copiers Northwest in a professional and approachable manner
Qualifications

We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, people-oriented, and curious about the world of sales. You do need some prior experience or sales-relevant education, but the keys to success are the right attitude and a willingness to learn. Our team will guide you every step of the way.

  • You enjoy speaking with new people and building friendly connections
  • You are outgoing, confident, and comfortable in face-to-face settings
  • You are eager to explore a career in sales and learn from experienced professionals
  • You can perform basic customer needs analysis to determine interest
  • You are consistent in following up and maintaining communication with prospects

Joining Copiers Northwest means becoming part of a company that cares about your growth and development. You will be a valued member of the team and gain access to support and resources for your career.

Benefits
  • Work 20–26 hours per week, allowing flexibility for students or those with other commitments
  • Accrued sick leave/PTO based on hours worked
  • Receive sales training and mentorship from an experienced Sales Manager who is invested in your success
  • Learn practical field sales techniques and develop communication skills
  • Opportunity for continued growth based on your performance and time with the company
  • Be part of a friendly, supportive, and dynamic workplace culture

Are you ready to take the first step into a sales career with a supportive company that values potential and drive? Apply today to join Copiers Northwest as a Sales Development Representative! We’re excited to meet individuals who want to grow, learn, and succeed.
