Job Description

Amazon Services is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Representative responsible for recruiting and launching businesses across various categories. This role involves being the primary contact for companies throughout the sales process, developing and managing a sales pipeline of high-value, strategic accounts, and executing sales strategies to surpass output goals. The individual will identify and build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within prospective accounts, including senior and C-level management, to create compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.

Amazon’s North American Seller Services coordinates across Amazon customers, category teams, and sellers to drive growth for over 2 million Amazon Sellers through business intelligence, cross-selling, and account management, focusing on growth targets for seller businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new elite Amazon sellers
  • Analyze customer data and craft recommendations for growth
  • Negotiate complex contracts
  • Exceed quarterly quota targets through value propositions
  • Deep dive into e-commerce landscape to find competitive advantages
About the Team

Our team focuses on recruiting and developing new-to-Amazon strategic resellers in Hardlines categories. We are customer-obsessed, dedicated to delivering growth recommendations, and continuously improving seller and buyer experiences to power the growth of third-party selection on Amazon.

Basic Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent with 3+ years of sales experience in ecommerce, Internet, SaaS, or related fields
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, passionate about success, and customer-focused
  • Experience working with legal, product, and business teams to reach agreements
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (2+ years)
  • Experience in ecommerce, high-tech, retail technology, SaaS, or software industries preferred
