What you’ll be doing:

WEKA is hiring for a driven Regional Sales Manager in the West. This is a quota-carrying hunter sales role targeting Enterprise level companies who need uncompromising speed, simplicity, scale, and sustainability when storing, managing, processing, and analyzing their data.

As a Regional Sales Manager you:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of WEKA and the value to our customers
  • Develop and execute against a strategic plan to create sales pipeline while acquiring new logos and maintaining positive ongoing relationships with customers
  • Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
  • Work with strategic and VAR partners to cultivate and manage joint selling opportunities
  • Collaborate on and improve all aspects of the sales cycle, including product, support, and sales engineering
  • Interface at many levels of WEKA senior management

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of IT Sales experience
  • Passion and desire to work in a startup culture directly impacting the growth of the company
  • Technical acumen as it relates to storage and networking
  • Proven track record of effective selling in the West
  • Superb written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Nice to have:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred

USA Residents Only: The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $,000. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.
