We seek a Portuguese-speaking Business Development Representative to support our sales team. This role involves qualifying inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and collaborating with Account Executives to develop sales strategies. The ideal candidate has B2B SaaS sales experience, is fluent in Portuguese, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Generate new business via outbound calls and targeted emails.
• Qualify prospects through strategic questions and align solutions accordingly.
• Spend approximately 75% of time on outbound prospecting and 25% on inbound lead qualification.
• Receive training focused on discovery and qualification.
• Use CRM tools effectively to track opportunities.
• Develop and execute outbound campaigns using calls and emails.

• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales.
• Proven success in meeting sales targets in startup environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
• Experience with CRM software like Hubspot or Salesforce.
• Effective team collaboration skills.
