KARL STORZ Veterinary Endoscopy America (KSVEA) is seeking a driven, customer-focused Account Manager to represent our industry-leading veterinary endoscopy portfolio. This role is responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling KARL STORZ products to the veterinary community while delivering exceptional service and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
The Account Manager will work closely with veterinarians, key opinion leaders, corporate accounts, distributors, and internal KSVEA teams to grow market share in a fast-growing, innovative segment of veterinary medicine.
This position requires significant travel (50–80%), including occasional weekends.

Preferred living location: Portland, OR or Seattle, WA (or nearby)
Key Responsibilities- Successfully complete comprehensive in-house and field training programs
- Build and continuously improve selling skills, product knowledge, and territory management capabilities
- Execute effective territory management strategies to:
- Develop new leads
- Maintain and expand existing accounts
- Increase overall market share
- Serve as a trusted consultant to customers, including:
- Collaborate effectively with Account Managers, Associate Account Managers, Sales & Marketing leadership, and back-office teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and territory records in Salesforce (CRM)
- Track competitive activity and communicate insights to Sales and Marketing leadership
- Manage territory expenses and inventory responsibly, including all related documentation
- Complete all administrative reports accurately and on time
- Attend required training courses, meetings, trade shows, and company events
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance KSVEA products and services
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- Analytical thinking with the ability to identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance brand image
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with computers and CRM tools
- Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution
- Valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business-related field
- 4–5 years of successful direct sales experience, preferably:
- In a medical or operating room environment
- Selling capital equipment
- Proven, verifiable sales performance (history of meeting or exceeding quota)
