- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to identify solutions to complex problems
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues independently
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time for business purposes
