What to Expect
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at long-term profitable growth
  • Create and maintain consultative relationships with key decision-makers in large strategic accounts

  • Manage account program costs while maximizing sales and profitability
What is Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or clinical-related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of direct sales and/or account management experience in the healthcare industry
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior management or C-suite executives
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to identify solutions to complex problems
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues independently
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time for business purposes
