- Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies to drive robotic system utilization
- Mentor surgical teams through training sessions and integration of the da Vinci® Surgical System
- Act as a resource for da Vinci® Surgery applications across various surgical specialties
- Support regional sales and marketing events to promote system awareness and procedure adoption
- Manage administrative tasks, sales activities, and submission of expense reports responsibly
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare sales
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as needed
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Proven record of success in sales and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the Operating Room environment
- Exceptional ambition and work ethic
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience in mentoring new team members to achieve high performance
