Position: Operator Territory Manager (OTM)

Job Responsibilities
  • Acquire, grow, and develop new and existing accounts within your sales territory
  • Accelerate sales growth by leveraging products, promotions, and programs
  • Manage and expand the customer base across various segments including healthcare and hospitality
  • Establish strategic partnerships for long‑term growth
  • Analyze business trends to identify and develop growth opportunities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Must be based in the Seattle market
  • Food service or consumer packaged goods experience
  • Previous sales and customer service experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with distributors
  • Proven ability to identify and prioritize sales opportunities
  • Strong thought‑leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional results orientation with high personal initiative
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record strongly preferred
