- Previous sales and customer service experience

- Previous experience working with distributors
- Proven ability to identify and prioritize sales opportunities
- Strong thought‑leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional results orientation with high personal initiative
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record strongly preferred
