We are a fast-growing real estate firm specializing in property acquisitions and development opportunities. We’re looking for motivated, ambitious, and confident individuals who want to gain real-world sales experience and grow within the real estate industry.

Make outbound cold calls to property owners and gauge their interest in selling.
Engage in conversations with property owners, handle objections, and generate leads.
Track and manage leads using CRM tools.
Collaborate with our real estate team to analyze opportunities and close deals.
Develop sales & negotiation skills through hands-on training.

• Driven and confident communicator (no experience needed—we’ll train you).
• Comfortable making 100+ calls per day and handling rejections professionally.
• Competitive and goal-oriented mindset—you love a challenge.
• Interest in real estate, sales, or business development is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
• Real estate licensed not necessary
