RoleSummary
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Sales Executive specializing in Print Production Solutions, located in either the Greater Seattle or Greater Portland area. As a Production Print Specialist, you will employ technical expertise and consultative selling skills to win net-new business and expand existing accounts, both through direct sales and as an overlay specialist supporting Strategic and Major Account Reps.
You will drive revenue through sales of hardware, software, and integrated finishing solutions, including wide, grand, and commercial in-plant formats.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas (approx. $1.1M annually) by selling hardware, software, finishing equipment and consulting services in Production Printing, including cut sheet, grand format, and wide format products
- Recommend solution configurations for Production Print opportunities
- Create and deliver sales proposals and product demonstrations (on and off-site)
- Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes while building trusted, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current product lines, business processes, and industry trends necessary to be successful
- Drive new revenue by continuously developing business relationships with new and existing clients
- Participate in field sales calls, training sessions, meetings, skill building, and professional development
- Contribute to a positive corporate culture and promote successful interactions with colleagues

Qualifications- 5+years of successful B2B Outside Sales Experience required
- 3+years of Production Print Sales Experience required
- Copier Industry Experience strongly preferred
- High energy sales professional with proven expertise in consultative selling, building relationships, and creating customized solutions for clients
- Working knowledge of digital publishing solutions is a plus
- Experience interacting with C-level executives and business owners
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals, able to work in a dynamic on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Targeted territory is Western Washington and Oregon. Individual can reside in either area, and territory will be determined based on available geography.
- Driving and travel required
- Base salary, plus commissions with a very competitive total compensation package
