We’re looking for a highly organized, self‑motivated Sales Marketing Contractor to help drive new business for Pao Media in 2026. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship‑building, loves a good spreadsheet, and enjoys turning conversations into partnerships. You’ll be responsible for pitching social media content packages to small businesses and local markets across Pao’s active cities.
This is a remote, part‑time contractor role that requires consistent weekday availability for CRM updates, lead follow‑ups, and client communications.
What You’ll Do Lead & Pitch Management- Receive qualified leads from our Lead Generation team and follow through with outreach via email, phone, in person or via Zoom.
- Confidently pitch Pao’s offerings, focusing on our signature video and photo carousel assets featured on our city‑specific Instagram accounts.
- Maintain detailed and daily CRM updates—tracking every lead, conversation, and follow‑up.
- Land a set monthly dollar goal (typically $2K–$7K in new contracts, depending on the city).
- Build strong relationships with small business owners and local partners to foster repeat work and long‑term collaborations.
- Follow up with past clients to re‑pitch new packages and seasonal opportunities.
- Send contracts, confirm payments, and ensure all logistics are completed before passing clients to the Admin and Marketing teams.
- Reliable & proactive: You’re the type who checks the CRM before your morning coffee.
- Organized & detail‑oriented: You can juggle multiple leads without dropping the ball or forgetting who’s waiting on what.
- Strong communicator: You keep your team updated and ask questions early rather than later.
- Team‑oriented executor: You can work independently but collaborate easily with other sales contractors and the broader Pao team.
- Brand‑minded: You balance sales goals with alignment to Pao’s brand values—prioritizing partnerships that reflect our mission and creative standards.
- Monthly revenue landed (target range: $2K–$7K depending on city)
- CRM activity and accuracy

- Responsiveness and communication consistency
- Additional Sales KPIs:
