This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in three different locations:

• Seattle, WA
• Medford, OR
• Anchorage, AKarea

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, promoting and selling surgical solutions, and providing training on our products to healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities will include meeting sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and educating clients on the benefits of Fusion Orthopedics products and innovations. The role requires a proactive, results-oriented approach in a collaborative environment.

• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed sales goals effectively
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Experience in Training clients or staff on using surgical or medical products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-driven mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus
