Position: Sales Representative - Medical Devices, Capital Equipment, Growth-Focused Role

Location: Seattle

Salary: $60,000-$70,000 (OTE - $150,000-$200,000) + phone, laptop, generous car allowance and entertainment expense

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and generate sales leads in an assigned territory
  • Support sales professionals in achieving territory revenue goals
  • Communicate with management on customer activity, competitive dynamics, and market trends
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Promote products at industry events, workshops, and trade shows
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and represent organizational values
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (capital equipment or complex solutions ideal)
  • Ability to develop and nurture customer relationships
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • Motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
