Account Executive – B2B Software Sales Responsibilities

• Drive net-new business by prospecting, presenting, and closing mid‑market clients (50+ employees) within an assigned territory.
• Build and manage relationships with C‑suite and senior decision‑makers through face‑to‑face, consultative selling.
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to close and handoff through implementation.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of in‑person meetings and exceed defined sales goals.

• Earn a $100,000 success‑based salary (80,000 base + 20,000 supplemental) plus uncapped commission.
