As a Sales Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in introducing Rhythms to forward‑thinking organizations eager to transform their team operations with AI. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to demos, deal negotiation, and post‑sale handoff, serving as a trusted advisor who educates customers on how Rhythms can redefine productivity and collaboration for their teams.
What You’ll Do- Drive net‑new revenue by identifying, engaging, and closing prospective customers.
- Conduct compelling product demos that showcase Rhythms’ value in real‑world team settings.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of mid‑market accounts.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to improve go‑to‑market strategies.
- Represent Rhythms at industry events and client conversations as a thought leader in AI + productivity.
- Gather market and customer insights to inform product innovation and messaging.
- 3–5 years of quota‑carrying sales experience in a fast‑paced SaaS environment (B2B, preferably productivity, collaboration, or AI space).
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in early‑stage environments.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to navigate technical and executive‑level conversations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: self‑starter, highly adaptable, comfortable in ambiguity.
