Regional Sales Representative – Commercial Grade Fiberglass Windows
Locations: Seattle–Portland; responsible for selling in California, Utah, and Colorado.
Salary & Benefits: $90,000–$110,000 base salary, performance bonus, comprehensive package.
About the Company Our client manufactures high‑performance fiberglass windows in North America, certified by PHIUS, Red List Free, Energy‑Star rated, and exceeds AAMA 625 performance criteria. Their products lower heating and cooling costs and provide long‑lasting solutions for resilient buildings.
Job Summary You will build and grow the market for our commercial windows across three states, targeting educational, municipal, institutional, corporate, and rehabilitation projects. The role offers growth potential and the chance to become a senior leader.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts in California, Utah, and Colorado.
- Identify and engage owners, developers, architects, and contractors for high‑performance window projects.
- Communicate product benefits, market trends and competitive positioning without needing deep technical knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical support and sales material.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Qualifications
- Mid‑Senior level sales experience in commercial building materials or related industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial windows market; knowledge of PHIUS/energy performance acceptable.
- Proven sales record, client building skills and ability to influence key decision‑makers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self‑directed, goal‑oriented, and capable of moving into senior roles with time.
