Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, results‑driven Sales Representative with a hunter mentality to join our Commercial Pest Control team. This role focuses on new business development, targeting commercial and industrial clients across various sectors, and solving customer problems with tailored pest management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Identify and qualify opportunities in target verticals such as food processing, hospitality, healthcare, property management, and manufacturing.
- Conduct on‑site inspections and assessments to understand client needs and develop customized service proposals.
- Present and sell pest control solutions to decision makers, including facility managers, operations leaders, and procurement teams.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in pest control, facilities services, or a related field.
- Proven track record of hunting and closing new business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self‑starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to travel locally to meet with clients and prospects.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
