** Multi-Site Leasing Consultant**, you’ll be the face of AMLI, helping prospective residents find their perfect home while supporting leasing efforts at multiple properties. Your daily responsibilities will include:
** Leasing & Sales** – Guide prospective residents through property tours, answer questions, and help them find the right apartment.

** Prospect Engagement** – Greet and qualify leads, follow up via phone and email, and market to potential residents through social media and networking.

** Administrative Support** – Process leases, applications, and other required documentation efficiently and accurately.

** Resident Relations & Events** – Assist with resident retention efforts, plan community events, and respond to resident inquiries and service requests.

** Marketing & Outreach** – Maintain relationships with local businesses and apartment locator services, and regularly shop competitors to stay ahead of market trends.

** Community Presentation** – Ensure office, amenity areas, model apartments, and common spaces are clean, welcoming, and professionally maintained.### ### ###

** What We’re Looking For*
* ** 2+ years of experience
** in leasing, sales, or customer service.

** High school diploma or GED required** (college degree is a plus).

** Strong communication & customer service skills** – You enjoy connecting with people and helping them find solutions.

** 40 hours per week;
Monday and*
* **** Saturday availability require
** d** (we’re closed Sundays!).

** Tech-savvy & marketing-minded** – Comfort with social media and leasing technology is a plus.### ###
