We’re looking for a results‑driven Area Sales Manager to lead our B2B business development efforts across Seattle. This is a field‑based sales role focused on in‑person relationship building with real estate professionals and growing our brand presence through strategic outreach.

What You’ll Do- Manage a home‑based territory with daily field travel in Seattle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and offices
- Host in‑office presentations, lunch‑and‑learns, and attend real estate events and conventions
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for home warranty products and services
- Track sales activity, outreach, and performance metrics in CRM software
- Paid, accredited onboarding and sales training
