About

The Role

We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive in North America to acquire midsize and large organizations, who feed their employees frequently, to use Door Dash for business for all their meal needs. Reporting to a Sales Manager, you’ll focus on building new pipeline, leading the full sales cycle, closing and launching deals with prospective organizations while promoting the Door Dash brand.

  • Help organizations feed their employees on a frequent basis.
  • Hunt for new business and build a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Lead the full sales cycle while closing deals with mid to large sized organizations.
  • Leverage tools like Outreach and Linked In to consistently engage prospects.
  • Conduct deep discovery calls with prospects and get them excited about the Door Dash platform.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience working in a high volume inside or outside sales environment.
  • Experience selling to medium to large businesses.
  • Managed many full sales cycles and has been in a closing and lead generation sales role.
  • Genuinely curious about people, local businesses, and technology.
  • Dynamically customer-focused personality.
  • Creative, persistent, and passionate about sales.
  • Quickly navigates sales and internal tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Google Apps).
  • Comfortable exercising discretion and independent judgement in performing job duties.

Compensation

Base salary is localized according to employee work location. In addition to base salary, compensation includes opportunities for equity grants and sales commission. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

Paid Time Off Details:

  • For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
  • For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g., about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g., about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).

National base pay range: $95,880—$141,000 USD.

On-target earnings (base + commissions): $159,800—$235,000 USD.
