What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of prospects and customer accounts, driving revenue growth
  • Conduct discovery calls to generate pipeline growth and revenue within assigned accounts
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Provide outstanding client relationship management for both new and existing clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them leverage the employer's product offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • College graduate or equivalent experience
  • At least one year in a sales or customer success role
  • Proven track record of achieving performance goals, including quotas and revenue targets
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
